Attorney Halkiotis is a Board Certified Specialist in State Criminal Law. She is in her 11th year working for the Guilford County DA’s Office. She has practiced in Superior Court since 2007, and handled felony cases, including a large amount of our felony DV and child sex cases.

David Sherlin began his legal career as an assistant district attorney with the Wake County DA’s office in 2005. In 2011, he left the District Attorney’s office to join the law firm of Kirby & Holt, LLP. The firm represented individuals who suffered catastrophic injuries and families who lost loved ones due to the negligence of others.
